Returns & Refunds

Cancellation

Please contact our customer services team as soon as possible by emailing [email protected] including your name and order number if you would like to cancel your order. We may be able to stop shipment before the order leaves the warehouse and issue an immediate refund. If we are unable to stop the shipment in time, you will need to return the item to us. The item must be in ‘as new’ condition and returns will incur a charge – please see below.

Returns

You are entitled to change your mind for up to 14 days after purchase, and have another 14 days to return goods in ‘as new’ condition – unridden (less than 1km) with original packaging, and all components and accessories included. Once the product has been received and assessed, a refund will be issued within 14 days via your original method of payment. Any missing or damaged parts will result in a reduction in refund, which will be decided based on retail value. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Returns can be arranged via a drop-off courier service or by posting the goods back to our warehouse, and MUST be received within 14 days of notification. To begin the returns process, please email [email protected] with your name, order number, reason for return and chosen return method.

By tracked courier: To arrange a drop-off, please contact our customer services team at [email protected] to receive a shipping label which must be attached to the original box to ensure safe transit. A drop-off return incurs a charge which will be taken from your refund amount.

By post: Goods can be returned directly to our warehouse at International House, 24 Holborn Viaduct, London, EC1A 2BN, England. Please place a copy of your order inside the package to ensure we can identify the return correctly. We advise that you use a tracked service and remind you that you will be responsible for any damage that occurs during transportation. Any damage will result in a reduction in refund.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Goods that are delivered damaged or with a manufacturer’s fault that develops within 30 days of receipt while being used in accordance with the manufacturer’s manual can be returned for refund, replacement or repair. To arrange a drop-off return, please contact our customer services team at [email protected] with your name, order number and details of the fault. You will be emailed a shipping label, and this return will be free of charge. All components and accessories must be returned with the escooter – missing parts will be charged for. The returned goods will be assessed to confirm damage or fault, and if no issues are identified the scooter will be returned, which may incur a charge.

Goods that develop a manufacturer’s fault more than 30 days after receipt while being used in accordance with the manufacturer’s manual may be suitable for free of charge repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please read the manufacturer’s manual in full before use to ensure the warranty is not voided. External damage and water damage are not covered by the warranty. Please contact our customer services team at [email protected] with your name, order number and details of the fault to arrange an initial assessment.
